Refund policy

Except as expressly provided herein, all products purchased on elevarglass.com (the “Site”) or otherwise from Elevar Glass are non-returnable. 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  All products ordered on the Site are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Immediately upon receipt, please fully inspect each purchased item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.  In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact Elevar Customer Service by emailing us at [email protected] within three (3) days after delivery of the product.  We are happy to replace or refund the purchase price of any UNUSED damaged or defective product with respect to which you notify us during such 3-day period.  If more than 3 days have gone by since delivery of a product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to either replace damaged or defective products free of charge or refund the purchase price of such products, less the original shipping and handling costs. 

 

Elevar will endeavor to ship replacement products or process refunds within five (5) business days of our receipt of either (a) visual proof, acceptable to Elevar, of any item damaged during delivery or (b) any defective product returned UNUSED and in its original condition and packaging, together in either instance with a receipt documenting your purchase of the product through our Site and the delivery of the product within the 3-day notice period.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return any item.

 

Any damaged or defective product of which you notify us within the applicable 3-day return period may be returned via mail or overnight delivery to: 677 S State Street, Newtown, PA, 18940, United States.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping/courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items.

 

All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
